want to visualize and compare .beat-time, to normal, "60-angular" time
idea came from measuring tape / log-ruler, which by-rule, shows two units to comparison (like cm -vs- inch, sin cos tan -pi -vs- decimal, -vs- logarithmic, ...)
p.s. (edit - i lied) : now we know you shouldnt let me be near any measuring tape...
(edit) finally got to it. this is usable version, applicable for time up to 10 mins.:
