I smoked some pork butt today

Smoked on the grill for 3 hours, then in the oven at 250*F for 4 hours. Currently hot-holding it in the oven at 180*F, maybe for an hour or 2.

Computers are so crazy. It’s crazy how we can create information. I can have a computer with 100gb of free storage and just fill it all with words I type in a text editor and just format all kinds of PDF’s with words I type and take up the space,,, with just words and buttons. Insane
