I smoked some pork butt today :sapo:

Smoked on the grill for 3 hours, then in the oven at 250*F for 4 hours. Currently hot-holding it in the oven at 180*F, maybe for an hour or 2.

Hopefully it’s delicious :coffee-pepe:
